Numbers tell stories—and I happen to speak their language.

I’m Brittany Cooper, founder of Beeline Accounting Solutions, where I help business owners trade financial chaos for clarity (and maybe even a good night’s sleep). While most people run from spreadsheets, I run toward them. Reconciling accounts, untangling messy books, building efficient systems, and making financial reports actually make sense? That’s my kind of fun.

With more than seven years of experience in public accounting, outsourced accounting, and executive operations, I’ve partnered with businesses across multiple industries to streamline bookkeeping, strengthen internal controls, and create reliable financial systems that support growth. Whether I’m cleaning up years of QuickBooks headaches, collaborating with CPAs, or managing the day-to-day accounting that keeps a business moving, my goal is always the same: make your finances work for you—not against you.

I believe accounting shouldn’t be intimidating. It should be accurate, organized, and maybe even a little satisfying. My clients know me as someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and genuinely invested in their success. I don’t just balance books—I help business owners gain confidence in their numbers so they can make smarter decisions and focus on what they do best.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom who understands just how valuable time is for busy business owners. Whether I’m spending time with my family, learning new ways to improve business operations, or tackling my next accounting puzzle, I’m passionate about creating order from chaos—both in business and in life. Because behind every successful business is someone who knows where every penny went—and loves helping you find it.

I’m Kaysen, a recent McCutcheon High School honors graduate. Since I was little, I have loved music and singing, which allowed me to be a three-year member of the top choir at McCutcheon. I also showed goats, chickens, and miniature horses in 4-H for several years.

My senior year, I attended the Greater Lafayette Career Academy (GLCA) and earned my Paraprofessional License, Governor’s Work Ethic Certificate, and was inducted into the National Technical Honors Society. Through the GLCA, I had the amazing opportunity to cadet teach at Miami Elementary School for the year. This inspired me to attend Purdue Global to major in Elementary Education.

However, I decided to take a break from school to dabble in the accounting world. I’ve always excelled in math, which has allowed me to easily pick up on the work in my mom’s business, Beeline Accounting. With this opportunity, I hope to gain valuable knowledge, meet new people, and figure out my future career path. I look forward to working with you!
